Clayton Terao is originally from Seattle, Washington. He holds a bachelors degree in architecture from the University of Washington and a masters degree in architecture from Arizona State University. He is also a CDT and LEED AP.

Clayton has three years of professional experience working in Seattle-based architecture offices where he quickly gained a reputation for consistently producing work in a timely manner, having never missed a project deadline due to lack of technical skill or poor time management.

In his position at Olympic Associates Company, Clayton saw the need to update the company drafting software and produce customized tools, which eventually improved productivity by 20% among employees that used the drafting software.

As a graduate student at Arizona State University, Clayton taught introductory design and drafting courses where his students earned grades that were 27% higher on average than students enrolled in other sections of the same course.

After finishing grad school in 2009, Clayton has returned to the northwest where he is currently offering his talents as a web designer and online marketer.
